We accept Direct Bank Transfer, Cheques, PayPal all major credit and debit cards (not American Express) over the phone or using the checkout via PayPal. Please never send you card details through emails or mobile text as that is unsecure. You must ensure that all details given for payment are correct including the full Card Statement Address. Your card will show a payment to PayPal using the checkout.

Payment must be made BEFORE your order is submitted to the Factory or Distribution Centre. Funds must have cleared if paying via Cheque or PayPal e-cheque.

Delivery and Costs.
The normal delivery time is within 1 - 2 working days within the UK and 5-7 days for Europe and surrounding countries. The rest of the world may take longer, please enquire before purchasing.

Deliver costs are increasing monthly at an exponential rate, we reserve the right to be able to adjust the shipping cost if it exceed the amount shown in the basket at the time of purchase. We will contact you to let you know there has been an increase and let you make your decision whether to continue or cancel, we will not invoice you until we have your authorisation.

Delivery on bespoke one off individually made covers, and carpets is 3 to 4 weeks from time of your order being received by the factory. (This production time can extend during busy periods). If no one is at the delivery address then a card should be left by the courier. Please made every effort to contact either the courier or us if you are unable to accept the goods. Re delivery will be attempted but should the cover come back to us because of failure to collect or accept then customers are liable for a £12 re-delivery fee in all cases.

Shortages & Errors.
It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt. Covers are fitted at owners risk. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect fitting of a cover.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet estimated delivery date. In the event of an item being unavailable we will contact you to discuss the options. If you do not wish to proceed with the offered alternatives then your order can be cancelled.

Our products are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. All products have at least 1-year warranty, some even a limited lifetime warranty. Warranties are covered by the Original Manufacturers Guarantee. This is in addition to the consumer's statutory rights.

Faulty Goods.
In the event of a fault being suspected please contact us within 24hrs or receipt to determine the best solution. Some items may need to be submitted for factory inspection for fault analysis before replacement or refund can take place. Whilst we endeavour to keep this process to as short a time scale as possible we cannot guarantee any time period for factory inspections. The faulty goods must not be used, soiled or damaged and be complete with all parts and accessories supplied.

Incorrect Goods.
We as humans do make mistakes, so please contact us in a civil manor as we will want to put it right. But it is the Consumers responsibility to inform us of incorrect supply within 48 hours. The incorrect goods must not be used, soiled or damaged and be complete with all parts and accessories supplied. We will need information (part numbers, etc) regarding the incorrect items. Should there be extenuating circumstances that prevent informing us within the stated time frame, resolution shall be by mutual decision. After all we are only human.

Images and descriptions.
Any images or description displayed do not form part of contract of sale.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and have a refund for any cancelled items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition. The goods to be returned must be unused, unopened and in they're original undamaged packaging. We do not refund your original Post & Packing costs and the cost of return carriage is payable by you. We suggest strongly that you return the goods via a traceable method (Post Office Recorded Delivery or Carrier), as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us. We will not be held liable for any mistakes made by you, the customer when ordering online.
The effective date of cancellation for the purposes of the Distance Selling Regulations is the date on which the notice is sent. The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or email. A telephone call is not enough. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is sent. This allows the full cancellation period.

Exceptions to the right to cancel.
Special order Bespoke, or individually made to measure car covers which are Apollo, Kalahari, Stormforce and Voyager plus all Handmade to order Classic Car Carpets are non refundable once production has commenced and can not be returned for refund. Please note that shades of car cover colours may vary from those shown here, via different computer monitors. If exact shade of colour is important then please ensure you request samples before ordering as we will not be held responsible after purchase should the shade not meet your requirements.

Fraudulent transaction.
As a responsible seller, if we believe that a transaction is fraudulent, we reserve the right to delay or cancel any shipment at any point to protect the cardholder.
Refunds will be processed back in the same payment format as the original purchase payment.
Refunds to Credit/Debit card accounts will take several days to clear. We will endeavour to pass the refund within 4 working days but reserve the right to refund up to 30 days of the return.

Items delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to Import Duties and Taxes levied on entry to the Country requested. We have no knowledge or control over these charges. It is your responsibility to establish the charges applicable with the Customs Authorities concerned and any charges must be borne by you.

While Forge Motorsport and Tech Autos are happy to supply you with any product or products that goes beyond that of your factory unit, Forge Motorsport and Tech Autos are are in no way capable of knowing or suggesting that your vehicle's engine or related systems are capable of supporting or surviving the stresses you intend to put on them. To that end, neither Forge Motorsportor Tech Autos can not assume any responsibility for any adverse effects resulting from the installation of any of Forge Motorsport product/s onto any vehicle as you have been advised before the purchase.
